Rod Stead brings an affable and relational approach to business—he sees relationships as key to building a network of like-minded entrepreneurs focused on the enormous growth opportunities for growth in the supply of innovative insulation products.
Rod firmly believes in the demand growing behind recognition of the ATIM product range. As he gains the attention of leading companies in China, India and South East Asia, Rod dedicates his time to emerging opportunities for new market growth. He works toward profitable relationships that build the brand and provide opportunity for all involved.

As Chairman at ATIM, Aaron’s passionate about helping others, commercialising ideas and being prepared for the future.
In his broader career he focuses on cutting-edge tech, environmental sustainability, youth nutrition, ageing in place, mental health and ethical AI. Through a portfolio of businesses, investments and board roles he gathers deep experience in a variety of industries including finance, insurance, technology, IoT, artificial intelligence, software development, wealth management, HR, aged care, health, manufacturing, hospitality and education.
